How do you get paid?
Commission only. We earn when you earn. Exact rates and scope are discussed transparently before any agreement — no surprise fees buried in fine print.
Do I keep ownership and control?
Yes. It’s your account, your brand, your final say on content and boundaries. We operate with delegated access you can revoke; we don’t treat creators as inventory.
How is this different from a typical agency?
Small roster. Personalized voice. Financial goals and wellbeing treated as success metrics — not just raw chat volume. We’d rather do right by fewer people than scale at your expense.
What if I already have an audience?
Great — we build on what’s working, clean up what’s draining you, and align systems to the goals you name. Starting out is fine too, as long as you’re ready for a real partnership.
How do you handle privacy and safety?
Hard limits are documented. We don’t overshare personal details, and we won’t pressure you into content that violates your comfort for a short-term spike.
Can I leave if it’s not working?
Partnerships should be free to end cleanly. We’ll outline offboarding in the agreement — no hostage tactics. Peace of mind includes knowing the exit door works.
